TRIMONTIUM - a site, an exhibition, a Walk!
Up the road from the Abbey lies Melrose Market Square - a triangle, with Mercat Cross. Opposite is the Three Hills Roman Heritage Centre, featuring the huge Romano-native complex at Newstead village (one mile).
